Return & Exchange Policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Currently, due to health or hygiene reasons, all items cannot be returned/exchanged unless defective. Please note most of our products are unique and produced only once ordered.

However, we offer a free replacement or a refund in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.

If there’s a problem with an order

If merchandise is faulty upon receipt, we will exchange them with no extra fee based on availability or would offer you a refund if preferred. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 14 days after receiving your item if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
